We appreciate every contribution made toward supporting Sadhus, cows, and other animals in India’s holy cities, as well as our educational initiatives. Once a donation or support contribution is processed through our platform, it cannot be cancelled, as these funds are used immediately for charitable activities. We encourage you to review your contribution carefully before confirming your donation.
All donations and contributions made to Ram Rajaya Social Association are final and non-refundable. As a registered non-profit organization, we rely on these funds to carry out life-changing services, including feeding, sheltering, and medical care for animals and Sadhus, as well as educational programs. Refunds will not be processed for completed donations, even in cases of changed circumstances or inability to participate further.
In rare instances where a technical error occurs during the donation process, or if funds are charged incorrectly, we may review the case upon request. Please contact us immediately at support@ramrajaya.com with relevant details. Our team will investigate and provide guidance on the next steps, though refunds are not guaranteed.
If you are enrolled in a recurring donation plan, you can cancel future payments at any time by contacting us at info@ramrajaya.com. Cancellation requests will be processed promptly, and no further payments will be deducted. However, past contributions are not refundable.
All contributions are directed towards fulfilling our mission of compassion, welfare, and education. Funds are allocated transparently for feeding animals, rescuing and rehabilitating those in need, providing medical care, and supporting educational institutions like Gurukuls. Donors are encouraged to reach out to info@ramrajaya.com for detailed reports and transparency on how funds are used.
If you have questions about cancellations, refunds, or donations, please reach out to us at info@ramrajaya.com or support@ramrajaya.com. We are committed to supporting you while ensuring that all funds are used responsibly to serve those in need.
